2. What You’re Buying
Openers is a digital field manual delivered as a one-time $27 purchase. It includes vetted openers, closes, situational categories, and an AI-powered generator. Access is granted to the account used at checkout.
3. License & Use
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share login credentials, scrape, or reproduce the content commercially without written permission.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Openers to harass, threaten, or demean anyone. The Product is designed to help you start genuine conversations with confidence and respect. Misuse is grounds for immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because the Product is delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are final unless a technical failure prevents you from accessing the content. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and materials in Openers are owned by Emory Booker and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer
Openers is for educational and personal-development purposes only. Results depend on your own behavior, judgment, and social context. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, date, or relationship.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emory Booker and Openers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
