Digital Product Delivery
Openers is a digital product. Once your purchase is complete, you get instant access to the full library, AI generator, and all included features. Because the content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
When We Refund
We only issue refunds in cases where a verified technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing the Product after purchase. Examples include a failed checkout-to-access handoff that we cannot resolve within 48 hours of contact.
What We Do Not Refund
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused access, or subjective dissatisfaction with the content. The Product description, preview, and price are clearly shown before checkout.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical failure, email ceoempireofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
